Something not working?
Start with these three checks. They solve most problems.

First three checks
- Is the licence active? Run
/license info. If it expired or is bound to another server,/redeemstill works. Everything else waits. - Are the bots online? Run
/status. If the listing bot is offline,/managestarts or restarts it. - Is the account's API on? The account must have API access enabled in Hypixel SkyBlock. After it is enabled, run
/update stats.
Common problems
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Listing stats are not updating | Check that the account's API access is on, then run /update stats. If a stat is labelled hidden or last known, the source did not return it. |
| A command or button does nothing | You may be in the wrong channel, below the required role, or the bot may not have permission to manage that category. |
| No transcript after closing a ticket | The ticket is still closed. Only the transcript upload failed. You can close it again, and staff can search with /transcript lookup. |
| Buttons stopped after a restart | A listing whose channel was deleted by hand cannot be found. Create the listing again. |
| A timer disappeared | Timers do not survive a bot restart. Set it again. |
| A listing will not publish | Set your payment methods with /payment methods. Make sure the listing category is configured in /config. |
Before you ask for help
- Note the exact command, the server and the time.
- Copy the first error line, not the whole log.
- Check
