EzLife is a Discord bot designed to automate marketplaces and support tickets for gaming communities, specifically tailored for Hypixel SkyBlock trading.

The bot is built to handle Minecraft SkyBlock assets including profile parameters, coin distributions, MFA trade categories, and voucher systems.

To operate properly, the bot must be granted permissions to Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Read Message History, Send Messages, and Embed Links.

Use the command `/auto_setup` inside your server. This creates the necessary categories and channels dynamically.

Run `/list_skyblock` to list a complete account, or `/list_profile` to list a specific profile. The bot will query the Hypixel database and format the details.

Yes. Enable the anonymous flag when listing to hide the character name from public listing embeds.

Administrators post interaction panels with `/panel type:` and choose a type: sell, buy, alt, mfa, coins, middleman, support or exchange. Users then click the corresponding button to open a private ticket channel.

Yes. Closing a ticket generates a transcript, uploads it to the transcript service and posts the log to the configured channel. Closed tickets stay searchable with `/transcript lookup`.

A six-level scale: platform owner, server admin, moderator, seller, buyer and user. Your Discord roles are assigned to those levels, and individual commands declare their own requirement on top. Staff handle tickets, sellers create listings.

Set the seller and customer roles in `/config` → Roles.

Link blocking and mass-mention handling are live, along with the WatchDog decoy channel that trips on bot traffic. The anti-spam thresholds in `/config` are stored but not enforced yet, so pair the bot with Discord's own AutoMod for message spam.

The blacklist is enforced wherever a member could act, including modal flows and ticket permissions, but there is no command that adds entries yet, so ask support to manage entries for you.

The bot queries the Hypixel API for the user's active profiles. If the profile data is private, the bot shows a restricted status indicator.

Use the `/redeem` command in your target server to activate the licensing modules.

The bot enters lockdown, preventing command execution until the license is renewed or a new license key is redeemed.

Lockdown is triggered when a server does not have a registered license or when the licensing term has expired. Use `/redeem` to register.

Check the source label on the listing first: fields marked restricted or last-known mean an upstream provider withheld them. Re-run `/update stats`, confirm the account has API access enabled in its Hypixel SkyBlock settings, and if the whole bot looks stale run `/status`. The Hypixel key is rotated by the platform.
